Program Supervisor needed for Rapid ReHousing
Job Description
-Location: Altadena, CA
- Monday- Friday schedule 8am-5pm
-Pay: $73,004/yr $35.10/hr
- Covering for LOA: 2-5 months expected
This is a FT Temporary position in Altadena.
The Program Supervisor leads their team with a focus on housing stabilization, integrating low-barrier, harm reduction, and trauma-informed practices into their scope of work. The Program Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring that service delivery is aligned with best practices and delivered within the time
constraints of their assigned programs.
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
Option I: Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or closely related field and two years of experience supervising programs, operations, or functional areas within a human services or related environment.
Option II: Two years of experience in a social, human services or case manager role providing direct homeless services and housing support to people experiencing homelessness and/or complex substance use or mental health conditions.
