Organizational Psychologist for Cognitive & Psychological Assessments Needed in Manhattan.
Location:
Park Avenue & 59th Street, New York, NY
(In-office position only.)
About the Role:
A high-profile private psychology practice in Manhattan is seeking a licensed psychologist with expertise in cognitive and psychological assessments for adults and executives. The practice specializes in performance psychology and integrative care for high-achieving individuals, including business leaders, entrepreneurs, athletes, and professionals seeking insight-driven evaluations. This is a unique opportunity to join a concierge-style, private-pay clinical setting known for its precision, discretion, and tailored approach to optimizing well-being and performance.
Responsibilities:
Administer and interpret a comprehensive battery of assessments (e.g., WAIS-IV, MMPI-3, NEPSY, Caliper, etc.).
Produce detailed, client-friendly reports with practical insights and clear recommendations.
Conduct in-person feedback sessions with clients to review results and next steps.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to integrate findings into treatment and performance plans.
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
Qualifications:
Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology or related field.
Licensed to practice psychology in New York State.
Minimum 3 years of post-licensure experience conducting psychological and cognitive assessments.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a professional, composed presence.
Experience working with high-functioning or executive clientele preferred.
Must be available to work in-office at the Park Avenue location.
Preferred Qualities:
Background in neuropsychological testing.
Familiarity with private-pay and concierge clinical environments.
Clear communicator with strong analytical and written skills.
