Senior Clinician needed in Redwood City

Job Description
We are looking for a senior clinician, preferably an LCSW, who can supervise associates in Redwood City. We provide individual therapy, couples counseling, family therapy and group work. The role would require supervising 6 associates. While this is primarily a clinician role, the ideal candidate would
- Provide leadership across the clinic on all clinical matters
- Support and often lead recruiting other clinicians, particularly associates
- If and as needed, represent the clinic on initiatives related to marketing, partnerships with other companies etc
- Build trust with clinic owner and also with other clinicians.
- Partner with clinic owner to foster a great work environment as well as company culture and drive employee retention
We are looking for someone who is very collaborative. Finally, this is an in-person role requiring the individual to be in the office (although for the right candidate we can discuss WFH for 1 or 2 days a week).
