A dynamic behavioral health organization is seeking a senior clinician, preferably an LCSW, who can supervise associates in Redwood City. The organization provides individual therapy, couples counseling, family therapy, and group work. The role would require supervising 6 associates. While this is primarily a clinician role, the ideal candidate will:
- Provide leadership across the clinic on all clinical matters.
- Support and often lead recruiting other clinicians, particularly associates.
- If and as needed, represent the clinic on initiatives related to marketing, partnerships with other companies etc.
- Build trust with clinic owner and also with other clinicians.
- Partner with clinic owner to foster a great work environment as well as company culture and drive employee retention.
We are looking for someone who is very collaborative. This is an in-person role requiring the individual to be in the office (although for the right candidate we can discuss remote work for 1 or 2 days a week).
