Senior Regional Director Full-Time | Central-Eastern Vermont
A mission-driven, non-profit therapeutic residential treatment program in central-eastern Vermont is seeking a Senior Regional Director. Position Overview The Senior Regional Director provides strategic, operational, financial, and clinical leadership across the region to ensure service excellence, regulatory compliance, and sustainable growth. This role is instrumental in advancing program development, strengthening organizational effectiveness, and leading high-impact initiatives that improve client outcomes and expand services. Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and oversight to regional program and clinical teams, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy
Champion trauma-informed, client-centered care and support ongoing clinical excellence
Ensure delivery of high-quality, evidence-based services across programs
Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and key performance metrics
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, licensing, and accreditation standards
Lead quality assurance initiatives and crisis management planning
Identify growth opportunities and drive program expansion efforts
Serve as an external representative, building strong community and stakeholder partnerships
Cultivate a collaborative, accountable, and mission-driven culture
Qualifications
Master’s degree in public health, social work, healthcare administration, business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Master’s degree in a clinical discipline (e.g., psychology, counseling, social work) strongly preferred
