PsychPros is a nationally recognized staffing and recruiting firm dedicated to the behavioral healthcare field. We are currently hiring a Case Manager to work full-time with clients experiencing homelessness and staying at an interim housing site in El Monte, CA 91731. This is a TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT with no set end date.
Requirements-
2 years of experience in the human services field
OR a bachelor’s degree in Social Work or in a related field
Possess a valid California driver's license and have access to properly registered vehicle
Pay-
$23.50/hour
Schedule-
Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm
Location-
El Monte, CA 91731
Responsibilities-
Conduct assessments of new residents
Develop case plans
Provide case management, support, and referrals to meet shelter, financial, social service, mental health and physical health needs during the resident’s stay at the shelter
Transport participants as needed to essential appointments and to access necessary community resources
