Job Description
A behavioral telehealth company dedicated to providing accessible, high-quality mental health services for adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), is seeking an experienced Vice President of Behavioral Health Clinical Operations. The VP will build, scale, and oversee clinical programs, including virtual therapy, and autism evaluation services. This role is 100% remote and requires a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, is comfortable building systems from the ground up, and has a strong understanding of behavioral health, ASD, and telehealth operations. (Candidates who do not have experience in behavioral health operations will not be considered.)
You will work closely with leadership to drive operational excellence, ensure compliance, support a growing network of licensed supervisors and clinicians, and prepare the organization for expansion into new states.
Key Responsibilities
Build and optimize clinical operations for virtual therapy care and autism evaluations.
Oversee day-to-day workflows: client onboarding, scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups.
Manage contracting and credentialing processes for providers to ensure timely onboarding and payer readiness.
Develop KPIs to measure access, quality, timeliness, and client outcomes.
Recruit, train, and manage licensed supervisors and pre-licensed clinicians.
Ensuring adequate clinical staffing to meet client demand and service goals.
Partner with tech and product teams to implement digital tools that improve client and provider experiences.
Ensure compliance with commercial payers, Medicaid, MCO’s, state and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with leadership to strategize, plan and launch expansion into new markets.
Partner with Marketing and Business Development to support demand generation efforts and strengthen client pipelines in new and existing markets.
Participate in P&L reviews to monitor financial performance, identify variances, and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve budgeted outcomes.

Qualifications
5+ years of healthcare operations experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
Experience scaling telehealth and behavioral health services.
Strong knowledge of clinical workflows, compliance, and payer requirements.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive measurable results.
Passion for improving access to care and serving the adult autism community.
The attractive compensation package includes $175,000+ base salary, an equity stake in the business, health insurance, and full benefits.
