PsychPros is a nationally recognized leader in recruiting for the behavioral healthcare field.   We are currently recruiting for a youth mobile response case manager to work throughout Athens, Hocking, Gallia, Meigs, Vinton, and Jackson Counties.

Qualifications-
  • Bachelor’s degree in a social service-related field OR 3 years experience in a similar position
  • Driver’s license, daily access to personal vehicle, and maintain excellent driving record

Schedule-
  • Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, with availability to work an on call rotation until 8pm

Pay-
  • $23-25 per hour depending on education and experience

Responsibilities-
  • Work with a multi-disciplinary team to provide an emergency response to youth & families under 21yrs old to help them resolve a crisis and link with ongoing support services as needed
  • Provide short-term case management and wraparound services to youth and families
  • Transition clients and families into ongoing care
  • Work collaboratively with treatment teams internally and externally to ensure safe transitions
