- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy.

- Registered with BBS (AMFT, ASW, APCC) or Licensed (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC).

- Bilingual in Spanish (required).
 
Compensation
- Clinic-Based Licensed Therapist: $89,000.00 - $114,000.00

- CSC Track:

• Unlicensed: $82,000.00 - $89,000.00
• Licensed: $89,000.00 - $94,000.00

- Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (CSC)

• Relocation costs may be included for CA hires for both roles
